THE CHALLENGE
To design and develop 5 Animated E-Greeting Cards for NTUC [ namely Hari Raya; Deepavali; Seasons Greetings; Chinese New Year; Labour Day ].
THE SOLUTION
- Submission of storyboard for amendments before implementing animation.
- Style of animation preferably to be consistent stylish corporate look.
- Number of frames per ecard limited to 2-3.
- Allow for keying in of sender name, recipient name and email plus personal message; all to be shown as part of the ECard animation inside the flash file.
- To incorporate a sense of feel of “being union”.
ECard Engine
Ecard Engine that will reside on internet servers that will allow NTUC staff to send ECards internally as well as to people outside the organisation, comprising of the following:
- Selection of a type of ECard to send [ namely Hari Raya; Deepavali; Seasons Greetings; Chinese New Year; Labour Day ].
- Keying in of Sender Name, Sender Email, Message as well as up to 30 Recipient Names and Recipient Emails.
- The system will capture the date that ECard was sent out AND date in which ECard is picked up / seen by recipient.
- An Administration module will be provided for authorised staff to view the ECard engine log.
